Animal Nutrition

Feed-grade riboflavin, straight from the plant.

Riboflavin goes into nearly every poultry and swine ration. We manufacture the 80% feed grade and supply it to feed producers and vitamin premixers at volume.

What matters

What this sector needs from a supplier.

01

A granule that mixes

Feed-grade riboflavin is spray-dried to flow freely and distribute evenly at inclusion rates of a few grams per tonne. Particle size and flow are on the specification.

02

Volume and contract supply

Container-load quantities and annual contracts, priced direct from the manufacturer with no intermediary margin.

03

Feed documentation

Certificate of analysis with every batch, plus heavy-metal data and the statements your feed-safety programme requires.

Questions

Common questions.

Why is feed-grade riboflavin 80% and not 98%?

Feed-grade riboflavin is spray-dried with a carrier into a granule that flows and blends well. The 80% figure is the riboflavin content of that granule. High-assay crystalline riboflavin is dusty, clings to equipment and is harder to distribute evenly in a premix.

Is riboflavin permitted in animal feed in the United States?

Yes. Riboflavin is listed as generally recognized as safe as a nutrient in animal feed under 21 CFR 582.5695 when used in accordance with good manufacturing or feeding practice.
