Who the Site is for
The Site provides information about bulk ingredients to businesses. It is not directed to consumers. Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell to a consumer.
Information on the Site
We take care to keep the Site accurate, but it is general information and may be incomplete or out of date.
- Specifications. Tables on the Site are reference specifications. The specification sheet and certificate of analysis issued with a quotation or shipment govern.
- Regulatory summaries. Statements about regulations and regulatory status are summaries for business readers. They are not legal advice. You are responsible for confirming that an ingredient is lawful for your intended use in your market.
- No medical advice. Nothing on the Site is medical advice or a claim that any product diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents any disease.
No offer; sales terms
Content on the Site is not an offer capable of acceptance. Sales are made only under a written quotation or agreement and our Terms of Sale.
Intellectual property
The Site, including its text, design, graphics and the Whiteriver Bio name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may view and print pages for your own internal business use. You may not otherwise copy, republish, scrape for resale or create derivative works from the Site without our written permission.

Our total liability arising from your use of the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site.

We may update these Terms by posting a new version here. The date at the top of the page shows when they were last changed. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept it.
